To upgrade your free trial server plan to a paid plan, you must contact our customer service team. You can do this via live chat, support ticket or email. All of your current saved progress will be transferred to the new paid plan without losing any achievements, items, world data, etc.!
All of our control panel features included in the paid plan are also included in the test plan. You can use all the resources of your free trial server, optionally you can request more resources by contacting our customer service. We admit to using the same pool of resources and equipment in the free and paid plans. You must agree to the same Terms of Use as for the paid plan.

All free trial services have a basic backup plan that includes one set of backups per server. If you would like to further test the backup feature, please contact support to expand the backup set for your server.

Generally, it is not possible to use a second free trial product on the same account.
