Important information before purchasing an ARK server:

The offered server is available only for PC (Steam platform).

ARK: Survival Evolved was broken by the Aquatica DLC, therefore all our servers run by default on the pre-Aquatica version.

Because of this, connecting via the Epic Games version may be limited or not possible.

Refunds will not be accepted if server access issues are caused by:

attempting to connect from consoles (PS4 / Xbox),

using a platform other than PC Steam,
-
having an incompatible or incorrect game version.
