Deleting the server save folder is a simple way to fully reset the game world, allowing players to start their adventure completely fresh. This operation will completely wipe server data – characters will lose all previously acquired equipment, and all bases and structures will disappear. Additionally, item states on the map will be reset, meaning all abandoned and hidden resources will be gone! In this article, we’ll explain how to reset the world on your DayZ server.
How to wipe server
1. Access server files and find storage_1 directory.
Depending on what map you are using, the storage directory will be located in a different place:
/home/container/mpmissions/dayzOffline.chernarusplus //Chernarus/home/container/mpmissions/dayzOffline.enoch //Livoniahome/container/mpmissions/dayzOffline.sakhal //Sakhal2. Select the folder and delete it.
3. Restart DayZ server.
