DayZ is a game that offers not only a dynamic and immersive world but also extensive server customization options. One of the most fascinating features available to administrators is the ability to change maps, allowing you to provide players with completely new experiences. In addition to the three basic maps, you can also upload others created by the player community. In this guide, we’ll explain in a few simple steps how to install the Iztek map on your DayZ server.
How to install Iztek map
1. Go to the control panel and select “Workshop” tab.
2. Search for and install the following three modifications:
- CF
- Dabs Framework
- Iztek
Remember that installing each modification involves restarting the server. If you are installing multiple mods, uncheck the restart option and use it only when installing the last mod.
3. Access server files and edit serverDZ.cfg.
4. Go to the end of the file where you will find the option to change the current map. To set the Iztek map, use:

6. Install the map files on your computer. Then, upload the empty.Iztek folder to the mpmissions folder found in the server files. Rename it to dayzOffline.Iztek.
7. Restart your server.
