Player vs. Player is a feature in Valheim that allows players to fight each other. It can be easily activated by selecting the sword button found in your inventory. Unfortunately, the PvP option cannot be activated for everyone on your server. If you want to fight other players, you must ensure that they have also activated this option. In this article, we will explain how to activate PvP on your Valheim server in a few simple steps.
How to enable PvP
Once you join your Valheim server, you can switch from PvE to PvP. You don’t need to join the server as an admin to do this.
1. Press TAB to open your inventory.
2. In the upper right corner you should find an icon of two uncrossed swords. After clicking on this icon you should get a message that friendly fire is now active.
