What are the minimum technical requirements for BeamMP?

A server requires only 1 GB RAM, which is sufficient for small groups (up to 4 players). For larger groups (10+ players), 2-4 GB RAM and a fast NVMe drive are recommended to improve performance.

How do I change the server name?

In Startup, find the Server Name variable, enter the new name, and save the changes. After restarting, it will be visible on the server list.

Can mods be used?

Yes, mods should be placed in the Resources/Client folder. After adding the files, simply restart the server. Other players will automatically download them when joining.

How do I set the server to public or private mode?

In Startup, find the Private option. Set false to make the server public and visible on the list. Set true to restrict access to only players who know the IP address. Save the changes and restart the server.

How do I set a vehicle limit per player?

Open the config.toml file and find the line: maxCars = . Enter the desired value, save the changes, and restart the server.

How do I change the number of players?

Go to the Startup tab in the management panel and find the Max Players variable. Enter the desired value, save the changes, and restart the server to apply them.

How do I change the map?
