It may happen that the server region displayed on the server list does not match the region where you ordered your server. By default, all servers are set to Europe. Follow these steps to match the server region to your Conan Exiles server:
1. Go to the control panel and select your Conan Exiles server.
2. Go to the “Startup” tab and navigate “SERVER REGION” variable.
3. Select the number that defines the region in which you have your server:
- 0 = Europe
- 1 = North America
- 2 = Asia
- 3 = Australia
- 4 = South America
- 5 = Japan
4. Go to the “Console” and restart your server.
