Why do I need an AuthKey?
AuthKey is a unique authorization key required to start a server in BeamMP. Without it, the server cannot be started. The AuthKey is used to authenticate the server within the official BeamMP network, allowing it to appear on the list of available public servers. In this guide, we will explain how to generate an AuthKey and add it to your server.
How to generate an AuthKey
Generating the key will take a few moments but requires a Discord account.
1. Visit https://keymaster.beammp.com/login and log in using your Discord account.
2. Go to the “Keys” tab and select “+” to create a new AuthKey.
3. Once generated, copy the key.
How to add AuthKey to BeamMP server
1. Go to control panel and select your BeamMP server.
2. Go to “Startup” and find the variable named “Authentication Key”. This is where you can enter your key.
3. Restart server to apply.
