Get 4 Blocks of Iron

After mining iron ore, you need to smelt it in a furnace, then open a crafting table and combine 9 iron ingots to create one iron block. Repeat this process until you have all 4 blocks needed to build the golem.
Get a Carved Pumpkin
The next ingredient needed to make an iron golem is a carved pumpkin. Pumpkins most commonly spawn in grassy biomes such as plains, taiga, or forest, usually in small groups on the surface. Alternatively, you can find them in villages, as they sometimes generate as part of decorations or farms.
Once you find a pumpkin, approach it while holding shears and right-click on it. This will carve the pumpkin and turn it into a carved pumpkin, which is exactly what you need.
